Volunteer

Please read the following and initial above: I understand that my name will be checked against the state and/or national sex offender registry as part of the volunteer screening process. I acknowledge I will receive a written explanation of required training and my responsibilities as a Mandated Reporter of Suspected Child Abuse under O.C.G.A. 19-7-5. I acknowledge and agree that I am volunteering my services to the Athens Regional Library System (ARLS) without compensation and at my own risk. I release ARLS, its employees, and governing body from liability for any injury or loss arising out of my participation. I understand that my volunteer service is at-will and may be terminated at any time by either party.
