Setting SMART Goals — Fitness & Health

Come to the OGLETHORPE COUNTY LIBRARY on Monday, October 2nd at 11:00am and join our goal-setting group to gain the knowledge and support you need to help make your dreams a reality.

This month we’ll focus on fitness & health. Learn about wonderful resources ranging from books to apps, hear success stories, make a plan, and teach yourself to make good choices in the coming holiday time.

My name’s Katherine and I’ve minimized, lost weight, traveled the country, and followed my passion to write books and screenplays. It’s not magic and I struggled for years to learn how to succeed, but one of the most important lessons is that the more time you spend around people who are achieving their dreams, the more likely you are to achieve yours.
