VHS tapes don’t last forever. So convert your VHS tapes to digital files at the Digital Media Center to ensure that you can watch your cherished VHS content for many years to come. The process is easy and free of cost.
To get started, fill out the DMC Book an Appointment/Reservations Form and a DMC staff member will make an appointment for you. When you come in to the DMC, just bring your VHS tape(s) and a storage device for saving your digital video files, and a DMC staff member will walk you though the conversion process.
The Digital Media Center is located on the 2nd floor of the Athens-Clarke County Library.
