Polityka partycypacji poza regionem

Many programs offered by the library are open to all who are interested. Sometimes, however, popular demand requires that pre-registration or free tickets, or some other manner limiting audience size, will be open only to residents of our five-county region until two days prior to the presentation. After that time, all remaining tickets or registration slots will be available on a firstcome, first-served basis regardless of residence.
