The Athens-Clarke County Library is pleased to be one of 62 communities participating in the 2024 NEA Big Read. From September 1 through November 30, our community will celebrate the novel Homegoing by Yaa Gysai with a full calendar of free events including book discussions, a family day at Georgia Museum of Art, film screening, a panel discussion. Free copies of the book will be available at the library’s reference desk while supplies last, or you can request copies from the library via PINES or Libby.
