Local string band Merry Sunshine will play a special holiday set after story time at Winterville Library on Wednesday, December 17th at 11:15 am! This is just the latest of many library performances from Merry Sunshine, and we always have the best time singing and dancing along to their music! When Merry Sunshine played their holiday set last year, we enjoyed classics such as “Frosty the Snowman” and “Hanukkah, Oh Hanukkah” and were able to play jingle bells and egg shakers along with the band. Merry Sunshine is a Winterville based group with many of their members being regular patrons of the library, and we feel so lucky that this talented group of local musicians loves to bring beautiful and festive music to the library!
