Overview
The Franklin County Library Board is composed of ten members: five appointed by Franklin County, and one each appointed by the cities of Canon, Carnesville, Franklin Springs, Royston and Lavonia. The Franklin County Library Board of Trustees meets quarterly at 10:00 am on the 3rd Monday of the month. See the Events Calendar for library board meeting dates and locations.
