Back to School: The Senior Class Remembers

Join us here at the Oglethorpe County Library for a walk down memory lane as we talk about the fantastic display of photos, maps, books and items showcasing the historic school buildings of Oglethorpe County 100 years ago that will go up in our Community Room for the month of September.

Curator Ashley Simpson will give a presentation and take time to talk with patrons about their stories and memories of growing up in the schools of Oglethorpe County at 10:30am – 12:00pm, on Monday, September 18, 2023. She will also speak at the Historic Oglethorpe meeting here at the library after hours on Tuesday, September 26th, 2023.
