A Celebration of Life

It is with a heavy heart that the Athens Regional Library System shares the news of our former Director, Kathie Ames’, passing. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Athens-Clarke County Library on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.

If you would like to honor Kathie’s memory, the family asks that you make a donation to the Athens-Clarke County Library Foundation. Donations can be made securely online at athenslibrary.org/support/give by selecting “Athens-Clarke County Library Foundation” at the bottom of the page.
