  • Deadlines
    • Oct. 5 - voter registration for Dec. 1 Local Runoff
      Dec. 7 - voter registration for Jan. 5 General Election Runoff
  • Election Dates

Early voting for the December 1 local runoff ends November 27. Early voting for the January 5 general election runoff begins December 14 and ends January 1. Check your county for early voting locations and times.

Voter Information

Register to Vote

Voter Registration forms are available at libraries in the Athens Regional Library System. Please contact your library to arrange to pick one up.

Advanced Voting

Ballot request forms are available at libraries in the Athens Regional Library System. Please contact your library to arrange to pick one up.

Absentee Ballot Request (online form) - voters can request an absentee ballot online; this is an online form and does not need to be printed or signed.

Absentee Ballot Request (paper form) - voters can fill out and print the form on this page to request an absentee ballot be mailed to your address.

Advance Voting Information - lists the locations and times for advance voting in Athens-Clarke County.
