image of solar eclipseFriday, July 28, 2017, 11:00am

Dr. Maurice Snook, aka Mr. Science, will present a program on the upcoming solar eclipse that will take place August 21, 2017. We will have a ring side seat here in the southeast to see the eclipse.  Dr. Snook will explain what will happen, how you need to prepare to view the eclipse and safety precautions to take.  Bring a shoe-box sized box to make a pin-hole camera.  Eclipse viewing glasses will also be available for program participants. All programs are free and open to the public.
