Image of figures on a computer asking for help

Thursday, February 15, 2018, 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. Multipurpose Room A.

The streaming-TV landscape has significantly changed over the past 12 months. You can now watch virtually all the live programming you desire with online services with the exception of some regional holes in broadcast and sports programming. Although the main advantage of ditching your cable service is cost savings, there’s the added incentive that you can design a personalized viewing package and eliminate channels you’d never watch.

We will discuss streaming services options (e.g. Sling, Netflix, Hulu), viewing sports, media streaming devices (e.g. Roku, Apple TV), multiple users per account and how to find your favorite movies and TV shows. We will also explore how to calculate the cost savings based on your personal viewing habits. No registration necessary. Join us!
