lemony snicket book coverEven if you braved all thirteen volumes of the Baudelaire orphans’ history, you probably will not be able to deal with the unpleasantries that this event entails. Come if you dare to our thirteen craft tables based on each truly haunting book in Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events on Tuesday, July 16th , at 2:30 pm in Multipurpose Rooms A&B. Costumes welcome. For children ages 5-11 and their caregiver.

dragons book coverEveryone knows that dragons love tacos, but they also love to get their picture taken with kids of all shapes and sizes. Join us for our Dragons Love Tacos party full of zany music, dragon and taco crafts, and our special guest, the Dragon himself! Join us Thursday, July 18th, at 10:30 am in the Multipurpose Rooms. For children ages 2-11 and their caregiver.

babies and bears storytimeJoin us for our 20-30 minute lapsit storytime followed by open play. Enjoy Shirley Parenteau’s picturebook Bears in a Band, fingerplays, and teddy bear songs. Teddy bears welcomed! For infants birth to 18 months and their caregiver. Join us on Saturday, July 20th, at 11:00 am in the Storyroom!

read to rover imageBeginning readers read aloud to certified therapy dogs, a.k.a. Tail Waggin’ Tutors! All dogs are insured and with trainers. First come, first served. Join us on Sunday, July 21st, from 3:00 pm-4:00 pm in the Storyroom.

shark week storytime Just when you thought it was safe to get back in the water… you learn that sharks actually rarely attack anyone. Enjoy a special storytime celebrating all things shark on Tuesday July 23rd, at 2:30 pm in the Multipurpose Rooms A&B. With crafts to go. For children ages 4-11 and their caregiver.
